I have a Samsung printer Xpress M2625D (bought in 2014). Now I want to use it with Windows 11. I cannot add the printer to Windows; dowload and/or installation of driver has failed, HP-website says the serial number (ZEB2BJCF6000C2M9) is wrong. What can I do? - Thank you.

Hi @FelixMUC

Please download the next driver for your printer:

Thank you. When I try to install the driver (printer is connected via USB-cable), I get the error: "Installation cannot be completed, error 0x800f0214. There are no INF-files applicable to your device." (roughly translated; I get this message in German.) Which is the same as before. (BTW: I did a Windows-Upate this morning.) - ?

I am having the same issue.  On Win 11, the V3 driver appears to install, but ultimately does not work with M2625D - no prints!   I've rebooted, restarted, reinstalled the driver onto the new HP computer...no luck.   Is there another solution?
