Installing HP8125e i got an error, went to online chat, they would call me, let them into my computer but would not buy what they were selling. I feel like a fool. Did a scan with McAfee thru Tmobile. How concerned should I be? Do I need to take in to a tech? And...how do ifix my printer error?  Can I totally delete printer and start over?

Hi @ProudMary2

1.  First things first, what error you have when installing your printer ?

2. If you provide more details about the error, we will be able to help you in this forum.

3. For Officejet 8125e printer installation with Wifi network, you can follow steps from the next video:

4. If you run a scan with McAfee and nothing came then that should be all right.

If you still need some help to install your printer, remember that you can contact

HP Support directly with the next options:
