Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have encountered the issue where the last ink I purchased was "z20" and registered my printer do that region.  However, I live in the United States and the appropriate ink is "z10".  Because my printer registered the z20, all the appropriate ink (z10) that I have purchased is not compatible.

I have tried to use the virtual assistant and speak with someone on the phone.  Because my printer was purchased in 2016, it is out of warranty and I am unable to get help per the operator.  However, a previous forum told me to purchase all "z10" ink and call HP to provide me with a code.  This has become impossible now.  HP tech support has refused to provide me with a regional code change.  My printer is in great condition and has only gone through one set of ink cartridges since 2016.  I do not want to purchase a brand new printer and I have brand new ink that is usable.

Could someone please assist me with getting a live agent to provide me with the regional code change?
