I  just can not believe the problem in trying to call or chat with a real person    I just wanted to know some information and  help as I will be getting a new computer and I just wanted to know how to get my printer into the new pc?  I have  to use a usb connection as my old apartment building doe not allow wifi.........thanks  Millie

HP Recommended

You have to download the drivers for your printer in order to print from USB
