I have a problem with my HP178nw printer. After the firmware upgrade, the printer turns on- initializes- warms up- click harder and then restart itself....this keeps repeating FW_V3.83.01.17.hd from 04.dec 2024

Same here and for a lot of other people it seems when you start looking. It's remarkable how such a big, well established and long running company can be so incompetent.

Thank you. Appreciated. However, I sent it back for warranty. I've lost enough time with it. Will sell the new one and go for another brand. This kind of shenanigan is highly unacceptable. From now on, I'll also stay away from this brand for laptops and any kind of device actually. Imagine a similar issue with a laptop..
