When i choose to print using a USB cable, the duplex working fine but when I choose the wifi printing option, the duplex automatic is not working and the only "duplex manual load" is working. Why?
Already i asked this question and the suggestions were also tried but nothing worked so far.
Still, i am not getting duplex printing automatic while printing through wifi. If i connect the printer through USB, the manual duplex is changed to automatic duplex. I hope you are having some knowledge and solve my issue rather than being a failure one

Hi,

Make sure the Automatic Duplexing option is enabled:

Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.

If the option is not available or grayed out, try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.

i already tried your suggestion but nothing is working.
I can see "not installed" under the device settings option  I choose automatic configuration "on" and then choose "update now". Immediately, automatic duplex unit option shows "installed" but when i come back to printing, again it shows "duplex printing manually". When i go back to the device settings again, this automatic duplex unit is changed to "not installed".
