Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My recent order for the above, displayed an incomplete and inaccurate delivery address. This prompted me to enter into the customer service link and I opened several incomplete and unsatisfactory chat sessions. At no point was inappropriate language or behaviour displayed but my interlocutor broke the contact abruptly leaving me only with a parting comment: your order has been received (still apparently with the incorrect address), and is being prepared for shipping on 21st March.(!!!). Don't you think this is rather a long time to wait - especially if it is already "being prepared for shipping"?
