i have a printer called DeskJet Plus 4120.
when i need to print tickets with a QR or a Bar-code on it, i always have a problem.
the QR or Bar-code don't look like they should.
the QR or Bar-code is not filled with the black color, it only has black squares with white inside them.
i have tried to print in HIGH quality mode also, and it don't work either.
i have tried to reinstall drivers, update drivers. i have the HP-Smart app on my widows 11 system.
i have tried with new original ink cartridges.
hope you can help me

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer when printing barcodes or QR codes.
Printer does not understand barcode data.
Some content cannot be translated correctly.
The fix is to save / print in a format that does not require the printer to understand / translate the content.
Suggestions:
Save the data as a PDF file and Print as Image
OR
Snip the content you want to print from your screen > save as an image (.jpg) file > Print that
