been at this for 2.5 hours. All the software reports "setup complter, lets print". I try to print anything and i get "setup incomplete". Not the first time I have had issues with all this "123 easy web setup software"...and I've been working with computers since DOS.5.0
HPs used to be my goto printers...No more. anything but an HP. If this wasn't a customer's printer, it would already be back in the box.

I understand that you are unable to complete the printer setup. I'd like to help!
To assist better -
- How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
- Does the incomplete setup come up on HP Smart or Printer and Scanners screen?
- Are you able to make copies using the printer?
