Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently bought a LaserJet 3520 from someone who had used the printer a few times. However, she no longer had the setup ink cartridges and the printer will not work without them. This does not make sense as the printer was already set up. 

 

Please Help!! I do not have the money to go and buy a new printer.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Ink Cartridges - 'Use SETUP Cartridges' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
