Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried everything, including the solution disabling driver signature enforcement, and it still gives this error. Please help!

Please follow my post below to uninstall the HP software:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Software-and-Drivers/driverpackageuninstall-returned-error-5-f...

Once completing the uninstall, reinstall the HP Software and check for any difference.

Suddenly I was having multiple errors with my printer:  could not scan from the desktop and error message stating that printing would be blocked from HP Instant Ink despite my account being in good standing.  I thought I would try uninstalling my 4650 all in one but then I ran into this problem.  Followed the post and it works, I was finally able to uninstall my printer.  You are a Rockstar.  Thank you.
