Product: HP OfficeJet 6962 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer keeps going to a PDF file when I want to print.    I can't seem to chg it in the set up..

 

 

I  only have the 6960 printer so I thought I would try to doload 6962 is I could.   But I'm out of date.2017
