Hi @franco573,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're experiencing issues with your HP LaserJet M110w printer, where it seems to be stuck in pause. Here are some steps you can follow to potentially resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting HP LaserJet M110w

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that your printer is turned on and properly connected to your computer or network.

Resume Printing:

  • Open the printer queue on your computer. You can do this by searching for 'Devices and Printers' in the Windows search bar, selecting your printer, and clicking on 'See what's printing'.

  • In the printer queue, there should be an option to 'Resume' or 'Cancel All Documents'. If the printer status shows 'Paused', click 'Resume'.

Printer Settings:

  • Ensure there are no error messages or pending jobs that could be causing the printer to pause.

Restart Printer:

  • Sometimes, simply powering off the printer, waiting a few seconds, and turning it back on can resolve issues.

Network and Connection:

  • Verify that the printer is connected to the correct network if using wireless printing.

Software Update:

  • Ensure that your printer's software and drivers are up to date. You can do this by visiting the Official HP® Support and checking for printer updates for your model.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.
