Hi @Jacquelyn14,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP ENVY 6120e printer isn’t printing because your laptop shows the printer driver is corrupt. Let’s go through a few steps to fix this.

Restart Devices

Turn off your printer and laptop.

Wait 30 seconds, then power them back on.

Sometimes a simple restart clears temporary driver issues.

Remove the Corrupt Driver

On your laptop, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.

Right-click the HP ENVY 6120e and select Remove device.

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features and uninstall any existing HP printer software.

Download the Latest Driver

Open a web browser and go to the official HP Support website.

Enter ENVY 6120e as the printer model.

Download the latest full-feature software/driver for your version of Windows.

Install the Driver

Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen prompts.

When asked, connect the printer via USB or select Wi-Fi depending on your setup.

Check Windows Update

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Install any pending updates as they sometimes include driver fixes.

Set as Default Printer

Return to Devices and Printers, right-click the HP ENVY 6120e, and choose Set as default printer.

Print a Test Page

From Devices and Printers, select Printer properties and click Print Test Page to confirm the printer is working.

I hope this helps.
