Hi @1110111,

 Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you are unable to remove unwanted email addresses on your HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 after performing a factory reset and disabling Web Services, here are a few steps you can try to address the issue.

  1. Factory Reset: Ensure you have correctly performed a full factory reset. Sometimes, incorrect execution can lead to partial resets. You may want to verify the reset process by consulting your printer's manual.

  2. Re-enable Web Services: Temporarily re-enable Web Services on your printer. This action might allow you to manage and delete any email addresses associated with Web Services. Once you have made your changes, you can disable Web Services again if desired.

  3. Embedded Web Server (EWS): Access the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS). This server allows you to manage settings such as email addresses. You can do this by typing the printer's IP address into a web browser on a device connected to the same network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
