Product: HP Officejet 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Printer will not pick up paper.  Cleaned all rollers twice and it still keeps telling me to load paper and them press ok.  I've done that a hundred times and it still will not pick up the paper to print.

 

 

Can the rollers be replaced and if so, how and where?  Could someone please email me the answer to [edit]?

HP Recommended

It's too complicated and not worth the money.

The time has come to buy a new printer.
