cannot get past "get hp software"

OK, now this is crazy. I work in IT (have for 30 years), but there is NO OBVIOUS way to get past "get hp software" so that I can actually setup the HP Printer.

I have the HP software (on my phone and computer), but you have to click the ? - then Cancel (that you do not want to get the HP Software, even though I *DO* have the HP software) and Continue (to continue NOT getting the HP software).

TO HP STAFF: THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!
