cannot print colour

HP envy 4527 will not print colour and in printer properties the colour option is missing. I have uninstalled, rebootes, reinstalled, added new port but nothing works. 

I can print in colour from my phone and other computers fine so I suspect some driver issue?

Try to install the next driver:

• >> Envy 4527 - basic driver - Windows

Thanks FerRX. Unfortunately when I try this link although it seems to go through all the process and find the printer, at the final stage it just tells me the internet connection has been lost which it hasnt. I have tried repeatedly

i had the same problem with a desk-jet and everything they said to do -reinstall software-drivers, etc, and nothing worked! I had a spare color cartridge, and even thou the old color cartridge showed up good on ink  the new one fixed the problem!
