Product: deskjet 4100 plus 4155
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed deskjet 4100 Plus 4155 - I can print and copy but cannot scan. No print icon on taskbar like my other laptop.  I am working on a Dell Inspiron 15 - 7000 series.

Message i get is #4100 series not found when I try to scan even though now I have the printer icon in taskbar
