HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

There is a firmware update for this printer. It detects the printer and shows it with a checkbox (see picture), but I clicking on the checkbox doesn't work. I can't check the box so I can't do the update.

Please advise.

That is absolutely correct.
The FW is up to date. 😉

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Then why does the HP Support Assistant alert me that there is a firmware update? That's why I am trying to do the update. See photo.

Thanks,

Hi Mike,

simply ignore this update.
However, if a pop-up appears constantly, then disable the automatic update.

Kind Regards

Is there a way to figure out which update notifications one should ignore and which one should pay attention to? It's sloppy on HP's part to notify me of an upgrade I have already done!

Print a status report

then check here

If an older version is installed, then run the FW update.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
