Product: Tango X
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having connectivity issues with my Tango X printer.  I looked online and there is a new firmware update that claims to help connectivity issues, but when I tried to install the update hp updater says the firmware was up to date.  But, this isn't possible as I purchased the printer in 2018 and the firmware update was released in 2019. Is there a better way to push the update?

Print yourself printer information page and compare current firmware version installed on your printer to the latest firmware available for download.

Maybe you have turned ON automatic update, and printer updates itself to newest firmware automatically.

Thanks! This seems to be the correct answer.  The firmware version on my printer is INFNTYLPN001.1927A.00 and it looks like the latest firmware from HP is 1927A.  I did not know that firmware would be updated automatically. This would have driven me crazy, so thanks again.
