Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet pro 8610 and can not get it to work The problem I'm having seems to be that there is no driver installs for the printer even tho I have it installed on this lap top before.

 

I've tried to downloaded the HP Print and Scan Doctor,  requires a driver install but the link it sends me to gives me a "page not found" message every time. and you do not have authorization to access this pages there any way at all i can get hold of this driver install ?
