cant print from a webpage

i know printer old

but hp fixed befroe

had to upgrade computer and lost ability to print wepages

anybody know how to fix

or how to contact hp

Are you able to print any saved files on the computer like PDFs or Word documents?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.

Remove the previously installed printer driver from the control panel.

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing.
