Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't print photos in color.  When I try to open my Preferences in the print screen I get the following msg:

"Function address 0xfcecbe0d caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xe06d7363)  The application property sheet page(s) may not function properly."
