i think i have been scammed  by people pretending to be Hp cares pro llc

If they asked a fairly large payment, told you that you had a virus and needed software and asked for access to your computer, then you were likely scammed. Notify your bank and attempt to reverse any payments you may have sent them, if you let them connect, get your system checked for malware and virus'
