cell faxing printer

Is there a printer that will let you fax using a cell phone?  I moved into a new apartment and ATT will NOT install a landline socket.  They are forcing me to install a whole network with router.  What do I do?

Yes, you may use mobile fax option on the HP Smart app. However, you can only send faxes and cannot receive this way.
