change the region of my printer

Hi I bought my printer HP ENVY 4511 using Cartridge no  63 from USA but have shifted to india. I would like a help on how to change the region of my printer so that itnis compatible with the cartrigde available in india ie 803. i tried finding help from your website but since the warranty of my printer has expired i am not able to get any help.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
