Hi @NicFabert,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're encountering an issue with connecting your HP Laser 107w printer to your new Wi-Fi network. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you reconnect your printer to the new network.

Reset the Printer's Network Settings (if needed):

  • First, locate the reset button on your printer. It's typically a small hole that you can press using a paperclip or a similar tool.
  • Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until the network settings are reset. This will clear any existing network configurations.

Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • Turn on your printer and navigate to the Wi-Fi setup menu. This process may vary depending on your printer model. Consult your printer's manual for specific instructions.
  • Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted. Make sure you enter the correct password for your new Wi-Fi network.

Verify Connection:

  • After entering the Wi-Fi password, your printer should attempt to connect to the network. Once connected, it should display a confirmation message.
  • You can also check the printer's network settings or print a network configuration page to verify that it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer's Firmware (optional):

  • It's a good idea to check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues and improve performance.
  • Visit the HP support website and enter your printer model to check for firmware updates. Follow the instructions provided to download and install any available updates.

Reconnect AirPrint (if needed):

  • Once your printer is connected to the new Wi-Fi network, you may need to re-enable AirPrint on your printer.
  • Navigate to your printer's settings menu and look for the AirPrint or wireless printing options. Ensure that AirPrint is enabled.
  • On your Apple device, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and make sure you're connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
  • Open the document or photo you want to print and select the print option. Your printer should now appear in the list of available printers.

If you continue to encounter issues, double-check that you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password and that your printer is within range of your Wi-Fi network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
