im trying toput a new printer on and i cantget the old printer off and web sight will not reconize my serial number and im old wish i could get someone to talk on the phone

I see from your post you are in need of support and I'll be glad to help you.

 

Are you referring that you have an HP Instant ink program and you would like to add this new printer and cancel the old one. 

In that case, add the new printer to your account, and then cancel the original printer.
