No new products will carry that type of certification as Windows XP is a retired operating system.  That does not mean you might not find one that works, but you will likely have test to find out. Find a model that uses PCL 6 and you might be able to use an old Universal Print Driver.  No guarantees from me on this. Avoid any GDI or mPCL based printers.
