How do I configure my printer to print a page of Avery #8160 address labels

What do you mean with "configure"?

HP ENVY 5660 is not a dedicated label printer and I don't think it can be configured accordingly.

 

You can download a template for the labels at [https:]//www.avery.com/templates/8160 and use the the standard settings. Of course you shouln't cut the labels of a page before using them with the printer.
