Hello,

let’s get that sorted properly.

To help you find the correct driver, I need a bit more detail first:

  1. Which HP product are you referring to (printer, laptop, thin client, etc.)?

    • Example: HP LaserJet 1020, HP OfficeJet Pro 8028, HP 15-fd0000 laptop, etc.

  2. What operating system (and version) are you using?

    • Example: Windows 11 64-bit, Windows 10 32-bit, macOS Sonoma, Linux ThinPro, etc.

Once you provide that, I’ll give you the exact HP driver link and note if there are special considerations (like Smart App installation for printers or chipset drivers for laptops).
