Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

pulling my hair out!! cant get the wifi to connect to printer.  keeps saying to add password, which I am assuming is the wifi password to my router??? Does not like it one bit.  Cant get software installed on my phone either.  What else can I try?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, use the HP Smart App on your Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142

 

Which phone do you have?
