We have six wonderful HP2100 parallel printers that I want to connect to XP USB desktops. How do we get our XPs, using  USB to parallel cables, to work with our HP2100s.... please.

I know there are few USB to Parallel adapters around but only one or two would work. Last century I had to use that way and I did try 3 adapters but only one 1 worked. I can't remember its brand therefore you have to try on error to select the right cable.

I actually bought from the following vendor but I don't know the same one or not

For a second opinion, I suggest a parallel print server. Much more flexibility and less issues than USB.
