I HAVE A SPECTRUM WIFI AND CAN NOT CONNECT TO WIFI  WHEN WE LOG ON WITH THE COMPUTER WE MUST LOG ON

TO NETWORK AND THEN TYPE PASSWORD NEXT WE SEE SPECTRUM SIGN IN AND MUST TYPE IN USER NAME AND THEN

TYPE IN PASSWORD  I HAV DESKJET 4133E  PRINTER

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

Well, that's right. You need to log into the network and use the password for the wifi to connect. 

 

Is this the first time you are connecting to wifi to your computer and the printer?

 

Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or 5Ghz network?
