Envy 60022e series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I n January I upgraded to an HP Envy 60022E series. It would not print and having tried all HP help they tell me I have problem and they cannot solve it!!! I then took the printer back to shop and replaced it with another  (same model) I have now spent two days trying to connect laptop and printer. They are both connected to WiFi and are sitting on the same desk. Can anyone help please!

I see you are experiencing issues connecting laptop with the HP Envy Printer.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Click this link to connect an HP printer to a local Wi-Fi network to wirelessly print from a personal computer.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 

How to connect a printer via wireless network

  1. Step 1: Locate your settings. Once turned on and ready for configuration, you'll need to connect the printer to your home Wi-Fi.
  2. Step 2: Link your Wi-Fi network.
  3. Step 3: Complete connectivity.
  4. Step 4: Locate your printer settings.
  5. Step 5: Connect the printer to the computer.

Install HP Smart app to complete setup and support

  1. Install printer software and drivers.
  2. Create an HP account and register your printer.
  3. Connect your printer to Wi-Fi, load paper, and install cartridges.
