Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 All-in-One Printer. Currently the control panel is locked and I do not have the user name or password. I would like to reset the device but I am unable to due to the control panel lock. How do I reset the device to factory settings and remove the user name and password?

I see that you are facing an issue accessing your printer control panel as it is locked.
