Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need some help. My printer HP OfficeJet 4650. runs on 2.4. I upgraded my net and now all the laptops are 5.0.  I know printer and lappy have to be on the same net. How to i get my printer on 5.0? or is it time to upgrade again? It's wireless and works great..  At a loss for what to do now.

I understand you need information regarding your HP OfficeJet 4650 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The printer only supports a 2.4 GHz network. Contact your ISP to change the network name to identify 2.4 GHz.
