How can I reset 6020e to defaults when the custom password for the ews has been forgotten?

             Hello G_Puk,

 

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  

I understand you forgot the web service password, we can perform factory defaults on the printer to restore the printer.

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults

  • 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area.
  • 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.

 

                    

  • Click on yes button to say thanks
  • Click on the button Accepted Solution if the question is answered
  • Please contact me to inform me of the resullt
