Hi, How can we change the printer output page size from A4 to 330mm x 210mm in advance settings. I want to print the content in 330mm x 210mm page (larger than A4 , in landscape) but printer is not allowing to to do so

Hi,

The printer supports a select range of paper and custom paper sizes, such a size is not supported by the printer.

 

You may find its specifications below, see 'Paper-handling specifications > Supported custom sizes' below:

33 x 21cm is not a supported size by your printer.
