Hi.
I have an HP pro 8610 printer, I tried to give it a partial erase, when it was running the electricity went out and it turned off, now it no longer lets me do anything on it, if it turns on, but it does not allow me to enter the menu, I wanted to update it with the HP SOFTWARE and tells me it does not apply.
Any solution?

I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
