Hi all,

 

I was following the below thread, as I have exactly the same problem. I cannot delete an old printer from the HP Smartapp in Windows 10.

please note, my hpsmart portal is showing only 1 active printer, which is correct.

 

My Win 10 HP Smart app client shows this, and I want to remove HP422E2A, but it doesn't let me, and there is no 'X' appearing next to it, no matter where I click!

As per the instructions, (in the post marked as solved)  in the above link  by @Echo_Lake, First Step, I went to control panel --> programs to to remove entries of HP officejet - but there is nothing there
