my pagewide MFP P57750XC has an error message 0xc6fd0913 contact HP for help. it did not initialize, is there a fix or what do I need to do ?

This error can be triggered by the printer being at a low temperature. If it has been sitting where the temperature is below 41 degrees you need to bring the temperature up to 59 degrees and leave the device for 24 hours. Still have the problem? See below:

 

First step is to try a power drain, shut down unit, and then pull the power cable out and wait ten seconds then then restart the machine. Repeat this process three times if error does not go away.

 

Next step is the same above process but remove the toner cartridges. 

 

If the error still persists then either the temperature sensor in the unit is bad or the printbar has failed. More advanced diagnostics can be found in the service manual, which you may find on some websites.
