Hi,

The HP Printer supports a 2.4GHz band only, it do not support 5GHz.

If you have a Dual Band router, ensure it is set to broadcast using 2.4GHz, as well ensure the 2.4 and 5 SSIDs are unique and not identical.

For any help configuring yoru router you may contact your router service provider.

Then the printer should connected to your router.

Regards,

Shlomi
