hi. i just got my printer and it isn't working at all. it says there is a paper error but I've cleaned it and changed the paper. the printer won't connect to internet. the blue wireless light is flashing and none of the buttons do anything. I can't find my printer in anything, not the hp app, or in my computer new device settings. it only shows in wifi.

please help!!!

hihi, fixed!

incase anyone else is having this issue, i had to simply remove the empty ink cartridge. the colored ink was empty! very idiotic that the printer refused to even connect to the internet after that.
