Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

downloaded the easy set up from hp for above printer.  When trying to run it says my operating system wont support

Hi,

Please open the Control Panel and select System and Security, then click on Windows Update.

 

Is your operating system up to date? can you see the Windows Update information marked as Red, Yellow or Green?
