deskjet inkadvantage 5075 is offline.

My printer remains offline though it is connected to the network.  It is wireless connection.  Need to make it online and connect to the computer.

Let's try to get your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 5075 back online. Here are some steps you can follow:

Restart Devices:

• Turn off your printer and disconnect it from the power supply.
• Restart your computer and your internet router.
• Turn the printer back on and try to print again.

Check Network Connection:

• Ensure that both your printer and the computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• You can print a network configuration page from the printer to check the connection status.

Use HP Smart App:

• Download and install the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
• Open the app and use the Diagnose & Fix tool to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

• Make sure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel.

Check Printer Settings:

• On your computer, go to Devices and Printers.
• Right-click on your HP DeskJet 5075 and select See what's printing.
• Ensure that Use Printer Offline is not selected.
