hello,

 

I  am trying to disable the auto off feature on my tango x printer but it will not show the "disable"above the "2 hour" word in the advanced setting menu. having to turn the printer on after two hours is getting annoying. any help would be appreciated.

That is the max you can get to delay the power-off function, it's not possible to turn it off.

Hi,

 

thanks for your response.attached is a photo of what I am trying to do.it shows that I should be able to disable the auto off but all I have to pick from is 2 hour. it is no allowing me to disable the auto off. if the printer turns off after two hours how could I possibly print anything from my mobile phone if I am not home to turn the printer on?Screen Shot 2021-03-07 at 1.11.21 PM.png
