How can I disable the factory ink cartridges that came with my HP2752 printer. It keeps showing low level ink. Cartridges are full. It will not print. I have other ink cartridges. Also how can you tell the difference between the factory cartridges that came with printer? I have mixed the cartridges up over time. I have no idea which ones are the factory cartridges. I get a message that says once factory cartridges are acknowledged, I can put new ones in.

The cartridges that came with the new printer in the box are setup cartridges and you can find SETUP on top or on the side depending on the cartridge label. YOu can use only one set of new setup cartridges, you can't use 2nd setup new cartridge it will not be accepted.

I went to the HP app page went to HP2700 printer and tried to "restore factory defaults" It says: device is busy. What should I try next?

I also ran the Print and Scan Doctor. Every thing works except "Device status!" is not green.
