I have gone to printers maintenance and updated printer  but still will not accept NON HP Chip detected

Whether you can switch off the need for HP chipped cartridges depends on the printer model.

Few models support using non-HP chipped cartridges.

None?

There were a few older models (much older) that were granted immunity from the policy -- that was a number of years ago.  If your printer was manufactured in early 2016, it might qualify...
